Is the most important race for two-years-old young trotters: the final will be held Wednesday, December 7 at La Maura trot racecourse in Milan

These are the finalists of the Grand Criterium, Group 1 race for two-years-old trotters, which will be held in the afternoon of Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at “La Maura” trotting racecourse in Milan.  The 12 horses qualified for the final by participating in “criteria” played in Rome, Turin, Treviso and Naples on 19 and 20 November, finishing in the top three.

    The Grand Criterium is one of the most important races for a two-year colt, the first “official” examination in the career: in addition to highlighting the best actors of the last generation, the Gran Criterium can provide to owners and breeders the first and valuable information on a future selection of the best stallions and mares.
